Compliance Practices

At ATechs we are committed to maintaining strict compliance standards. Our terms & conditions and agreement for both experts and clients covers a variety of compliance related matters. Most importantly we stress that experts do not violate contracts they may have with current employers, past employers, or other business relationships by disclosing information which is prohibited in those contracts.

Terms & Conditions: This agreement commits experts to adhere to the applicable legal and contractual limitations on information disclosure and inappropriate use of protected information, including among others non-disclosure of non-public material information, protection of information subject to by confidentiality agreements and corporate codes of ethics, and prohibitions on many other forms of wrong-doing.

Expert Screening: Compliance screening establishes filters to deter the chosen experts from violating laws or contracts. The 5-tier screening process includes:
  • Company filters
  • Application reviews
  • Screening questions for experts
  • Conflict of interest and confidentiality agreement verification
  • Client selection screening

The purpose of these calls is to review consultation Do’s and Don’ts, verify the expert understands the terms and conditions, and re-check to make sure there are no conflicts of interest for a specific consultation. By learning these rules and regulations, experts are able to self-monitor and conduct consultations properly.
